Neuro Rehab is a prescribed exercise clinical class that assists your balance, coordination, strength, and cardiovascular needs. Guided by our Exercise Physiologist we monitor and adapt movements where necessary for your current physical activity levels and help build your confidence with movement patterns with exercise.
