Group Class Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 1pm – 2pm with Adam Lumley
Requirements:
An initial assessment must be performed prior to entry in any class so your programme can be tailored to suit your specific needs. Limited places are available – so it would be appreciated if you could notify us if you are unable to attend.
Fees:
• All classes (except pulmonary rehab and Lungs in Action) are $15.00 per session
• Private Health Fund rebates are available with us if you pay and claim on the day
